The short version: our calculators run entirely in your browser, so the numbers you type are never sent to us or stored on a server. We use standard analytics and advertising that rely on cookies, we honor opt-outs, and we do not sell your personal information for money.

This Privacy Policy explains how TruckingCalc ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit truckingcalc.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you enter into calculators. Everything you type into a calculator is processed locally in your browser with JavaScript. Those values are not transmitted to us, saved to any account, or shared. Close the tab and they are gone.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and interactions with the Site.

Information you give us. If you submit a form (for example a newsletter signup or a partnership inquiry) or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

We share limited information with the service providers described above (analytics and advertising partners) so the Site can function and stay free. Your privacy rights

EEA/UK (GDPR). If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Our lawful bases include your consent (for advertising and the newsletter) and our legitimate interests (in operating and improving the Site).

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
